• Our Company: MS Coatings is an online retailer specializing in premium car paints, automotive coatings, primers, clear coats, tools, and supplies.

• Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are your responsibility.

• Return Policy: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy (available on the Site). Opened or used paint products are generally non-returnable due to health, safety, and regulatory reasons unless defective.
• Defective Products: If you receive defective or damaged goods, contact us promptly with proof of purchase and photos. We will evaluate and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before shipment. Contact customer service as soon as possible.

• Color Accuracy: Car paint colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, batch differences, or application methods. We recommend testing on a small area before full application.
• Technical Advice: Any application advice or compatibility information provided on the Site is for general guidance only. Proper surface preparation, environmental conditions, and safety precautions are your responsibility. Always follow manufacturer instructions and applicable safety standards.
• Warranties:Products carry the limited warranties provided by their respective manufacturers. MS Coatings makes no additional warranties beyond those explicitly stated. All products are sold “as is” except as required by law.

• All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, product photos, videos, trademarks, and designs—is owned by MS Coatings or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Kampala, Uganda.

You agree to resolve disputes first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration where permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Site and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MS Coatings regarding the Site.
• If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in full force.
• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• We may assign our rights under these Terms.
